If you have not completed any volunteer shifts yet this season, please choose a job to avoid not meeting volunteer requirements. *If your status has changed or have a sick swimmer/emergency the day of the meet and will not be attending, you must text a Coach.
Meet Details -
Location: The Sacramento Stingrays are currently swimming at Sacramento City College: Sac City College, Hoos Pool 3835 Freeport Sacramento, CA 95822 Parking/Pool Entrance Although the school address is on Freeport Blvd, you will enter off of Sutterville Rd and turn into the campus at the football stadium. You may park in the small lot near the pool entrance (West lot), in the parking structure (we expect it to be open), or in the very large lot behind the parking structure. The facility does technically require a parking pass, which can be purchased at the stations in the small lot and on the second floor of the parking structure for $2. The school has not been ticketing, but parking without a pass is at your own risk and your mileage may vary.
Pool/set-up location Please note that the pool itself is INDOORS and will be noisy, and it can be very hot and humid. Although we will have the door open on the north side of the building for ventilation, everyone must enter the pool from the south door. Team areas are noted below and must be set up on the grass, but you may set up anywhere on the grass. We must keep walkways clear for campus police. We recommend sharing tents if possible so that you aren’t too far away! There is limited bleacher space inside, so we request that families do not camp out on the bleachers.
