Rockets & Junior Rockets Registration Is Now Open!

Rollingwood Rockets (Swim Team)

Our traditional swim team is open to swimmers ages 3–18
(Swimmers must turn 4 by June 15).

Eligibility requirement:
Swimmers must be able to swim freestyle across a full 25-yard pool independently, without stopping or holding onto the wall or lane line.

Junior Rockets is our new “transition to swim team” program designed for:

• 6 & Under
• 7–8 year-olds

Led by our very own Coach Allison, this program helps swimmers build endurance, confidence, and readiness for swim team.

Practice Schedule:
Monday / Wednesday / Friday
4:00–5:00 PM
Split into two 30-minute heats (A & B)

Eligibility requirement:
Swimmers must be able to swim 15 feet (or to the backstroke flags) with forward propulsion, showing strong effort with limited to no stopping on the wall or lane line.

The final day of each session includes a test-out opportunity.
Swimmers who qualify may move up to the Rollingwood Rockets at a prorated rate for the remainder of the season.

Assessment Day: February 8

Our coaches will be on deck to assess swimmers and recommend the best starting program for the season.
